My Journey
My name is Fergus Browning. In January 2024 I was crowned Australia’s U23 National Road Race Champion and I will wear the Australian colours with pride as I compete in Europe with British UCI Continental team Trinity Racing this year.
I’m 20 years old and from the western suburbs of Melbourne. I started racing bikes in the local criterium scene around Melbourne in 2016 and my love for the sport grew from there. Now seriously hooked, I got stuck into racing the Victorian Junior Road Series.
Competing as a solo rider I began to develop as a rider and a person which resulted in me getting a ride with the leading domestic team INFORM TMX MAKE in 2022. Racing with the team propelled my development, resulting in my first full season in Europe with British UCI Continental development team, Trinity Racing, in 2023.
Trinity has been pivotal in enabling me to further develop my racing and off the bike skills, providing me with the opportunity to compete in some of the biggest U23 stage races and one day races around the world.
For 2024 my journey with Trinity continues. For the European season I will be based in Girona, Spain, training hard and racing at every opportunity to achieve my goal competing on the World Tour in future years.
